- Organisation of speaking hours, execution of venous blood withdrawals, injections and injection instructions
- Writing of speech-time reports from Dictaphone
- Various administrative secretariats to support the operation
- Communication and coordination with internal and external contacts
- Possibility for further education and competence enhancement in patient advice for self-management
