Tasks

• Business and administrative management of the clinics Internal Medicine, Medical Polyclinic and Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology
• Close cooperation with the chief physicians and the management Care in strategic, financial and organizational issues
• Budget responsibility (including regular evaluations of results and budget figures as well as trends in the healthcare sector) and development of proposals and measures
• Preparation and interpretation of business analysis for decision-making and support of clinic management
• Management of administrative staff with 17 employees, 8 of whom are directly subordinated
• Management and implementation of projects in the areas of process optimization, digitalization and clinical development

Requirements

• Business studies (FH or university) as well as several years of professional and managerial experience in a similar function
• Practical knowledge and experience in healthcare desirable
• Service-oriented personality with assertiveness and negotiating skills as well as high communication skills
• Independent, structured and targeted working methods as well as enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
• Stylistic German required, good foreign language skills (English, French) advantageous
