- You have completed studies (natural sciences, engineering, medicine or BWL) or comparable scientific and technical training.
Main responsibilities

- You enter one of our key customers in the Berlin area.
- You develop custom strategies and ensure their successful implementation.
- You plan, control and monitor the business development in your area and conduct sound competitive analyses.
- You initiate and conduct cross-departmental sales activities and lead national teams to success without direct authority.
- You actively contribute ideas to the development of business field strategies and work with future-oriented projects.
- As a mentor, you support the incorporation of new colleagues and take responsibility for a special topic such as coagulation or tendering.
Key requirements
- | That brings you
- You have completed studies (natural sciences, engineering, medicine or BWL) or comparable scientific and technical training.
- You bring several years of sales experience in the healthcare sector and know you well in the diagnostic market and its legal framework.
- You think entrepreneurial, manage complex projects and bring experience in leadership within matrix structures.
- Your appearance is professional, credible and winning.
- You have the social competence to integrate people and find solutions together.
- You are interested in building collaborative and long-term customer relationships .
- Safe handling of office programs and CRM tools is a matter of course for you to document your successes transparently.
