The Position Your new team You strengthen our sales service in the Berlin / Potsdam region. Together with our colleagues from sales and other sales units, we aim to ensure long-term customer loyalty and actively support the sale of our Roche systems. In doing so, we are responsible for technical and application customer service for, among other things, analytical systems and reagents of molecular/tissue diagnostics and IT solutions.

Responsibility | This is what awaits you As a Junior System Manager (m/f/d), you are the face of Roche on site. You ensure the availability and security of our Roche standard devices and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction. You complete your tasks both in direct customer contact and in close coordination with your team:

• You carry out professional technical error diagnosis and repair Roche standard devices – usually on site at the customer, sometimes also supporting on the phone. You also take over the documentation in the CRM system and the billing.
• You are responsible for setting up new systems, conducting test runs and handing over the devices to the customer.
• You carry out maintenance and modifications on time and taking into account economic aspects, based on service contracts or individual orders.
• You technically instruct customers and advise them on topics such as preventive maintenance or device detachment.
• You will recognize sales opportunities and pass on information about competitor activities to regional service management and sales.

Qualifications | This is what you bring with you You have an education as a state-certified:r technician:in with professional experience or a degree (Ing. FH) in specializations such as electrical engineering, electronics or medical technology. What is important is a qualification as an electrical specialist. The following points round off your profile:

• You have experience in dealing with technical systems, especially in the areas of hydraulics, electronics and metrology.
• You have knowledge in the application of control and operating software and ideally have basic chemical knowledge.
• You communicate safely in German and have good technical and general English skills in word and writing (at least level B1/B2).
• You work results-oriented according to target agreements and are ready to take responsibility in the context of emergency and on-call services.
• For the optimal care of the region, you ideally live in the greater Berlin area (preferably West / Potsdam).
