- As a Junior System Manager (m/f/d), you are the face of Roche on site.
- You ensure the availability and security of our Roche standard devices and thus contribute significantly to customer satisfaction.
- You complete your tasks both in direct customer contact and in close coordination with your team:
- You carry out professional technical error diagnosis and repair Roche standard devices – usually on site at the customer, sometimes also supporting on the phone.
- You also take over the documentation in the CRM system and the billing.
- You are responsible for setting up new systems, conducting test runs and handing over the devices to the customer.
- You carry out maintenance and modifications on time and taking into account economic aspects, based on service contracts or individual orders.
