Their tasks

• Responsibility for 1st and 2nd level support as well as professional support for our users
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation hardware, software and peripherals
• Analysis and resolution of system, infrastructure and network disruptions
• Administration of user accounts, permissions, Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 environment including Microsoft Teams
• Support of specialist applications as well as cooperation in the development and implementation of IT solutions with internal and external partners
• Participation in the optimization of IT processes, creation of documentation and implementation of user training

Your profile

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT support or IT service management
• Practical experience in client management, in the management of workplace infrastructures and good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
• Basic understanding of networks and interest in modern IT systems and applications
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method combined with a pronounced service and customer orientation
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP), Atlassian Jira, PowerShell or other automation technologies is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Enjoyment at work in a production-related environment of a foundry
