- Installation, Konfiguration und Störungsbehebung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware, Software und Peripheriegeräten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Service-Management
- Praxiserfahrung im Client-Management, in der Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzinfrastrukturen sowie gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
Main responsibilities
- Verantwortung für den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie die professionelle Unterstützung unserer Anwenderinnen und Anwender
- Installation, Konfiguration und Störungsbehebung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware, Software und Peripheriegeräten
- Analyse und Behebung von System-, Infrastruktur- und Netzwerkstörungen
- Administration von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen, Active Directory sowie der Microsoft-365-Umgebung inklusive Microsoft Teams
- Betreuung von Fachapplikationen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Lösungen mit internen und externen Partnern
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Service-Management
- Praxiserfahrung im Client-Management, in der Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzinfrastrukturen sowie gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken sowie Interesse an modernen IT-Systemen und Applikationen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP), Atlassian Jira, PowerShell oder anderen Automatisierungstechnologien sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
