Tasks you will like

• Responsibility for the management and control of the HR IT program including planning, coordination and prioritization of all IT initiatives and transformation topics in the field of human resources
• Derivation of a common understanding of the required HR skills as a basis for their targeted use, harmonization and further development
• Co-design, management and ongoing development of the HR‐IT roadmap
• Performing a clear steering and orchestration role at the interface between HR and IT stakeholders
• Ensuring suitable project and delivery approaches (classic, hybrid, agile) for the efficient implementation of project projects
• Close cooperation with HR specialists
• Support for strategic initiatives in the field of human resources through structured IT planning and coordination
• Ensuring and optimizing the operational operation of HR applications, including ensuring compliance and legal requirements (including SoX)
• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or business administration form a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT programs, project portfolios or transformation initiatives, ideally in an HR- or SAP-related environment
• Sound understanding of IT architecture principles, in particular integrated application landscapes, target architectures, interfaces and cloud and SaaS solutions
• Ability to analyze complex relationships or processes and implement optimization potential in order to act as a competent sparring partner for the departments
• You like to work in a dynamic environment, bring new impulses and convince with clear communication, leadership skills, organizational skills and decision-making.
• Analytical and structured thinking as well as self-initiative and responsibility are your own
• Strong communication and coordination strength as well as a secure, step-by-step approach to management and internal stakeholders
• Agile mindset and curiosity
