- Perform business analyses for APIs, backend services and digital interfaces
- Accept, analyze, prioritize and coordinate requirements with departments and IT
Main responsibilities
- Perform business analyses for APIs, backend services and digital interfaces
- Accept, analyze, prioritize and coordinate requirements with departments and IT
- Contribute to the design, optimization and further development of APIs and services
- Planning, coordinating and evaluating load, performance and quality tests
- Ensure quality, stability and performance of services and continuously improve them
- Stakeholder management as well as participation in agile teams according to Scrum or Kanban Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst in the IT environment, preferably in the backend or API area
- Knowledge of modern architectural approaches such as microservices and API-based systems
- Experience with performance and load testing is beneficial
- Basic technical understanding in API development as well as in cloud and container platforms (e.g. OpenShift)
