This specialized back-office position allows you to leverage your expertise in managing investment account operations while collaborating with global custodian banks.

As an Investment Operations Specialist within Asset Management Operations, you'll ensure our investment infrastructure runs smoothly across our worldwide network of custodian banks.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities Investment account management
  • Execute and oversee the opening, maintenance, and termination of investment accounts with our global network of custodian banks and in our internal systems Execute and coordinate KYC processes
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate KYC onboardings and recertifications including reverse KYC Business communication
  • Help facilitate effective communication between local and global teams, custodian banks, vendors, and stakeholders Lead process improvements
  • Identify, develop, and implement improvements for tasks, reports, and processes to enhance operational efficiency About the Team
