Support and participation in various initiatives in the area of learning, personnel development and HR-IT, such as
- Further development of personnel development tools, talent management, training offers and corresponding concepts
- Participation in HR-IT projects e.g. Next Generation HR Platform
- Localization of Leadership Training
- Creation and review of online learning content (e-learning / authoring)
- Organisation of internal training / updating of training materials
- Student:in economics and social sciences, psychology or comparable qualification with deepening HR
- IT affinity and enjoyment of new systems and technologies
- Interest in further education / personnel development
- Commitment and independent work in a dynamic environment
- Flair for conceptual work
- High social skills, teamwork skills and discretion
- Values goal-oriented work in international, diverse teams
- Stylistic German and good English skills
