Our ICT is a central pillar of the University Children's Hospital of Basel (UKBB). Become part of our dedicated ICT team at the University Children's Hospital of Basel (UKBB) and gain valuable practical experience in an innovative and dynamic environment.
Entry date: limited by immediate or by agreement for 12 months
Their tasks
- Support in onsite support for our employees
- Participation in the ICT Service Desk (First & Second Level Support)
- Collaboration with the Engineering Team
- Participation in ongoing ICT projects
Your profile
- Good technical understanding in the field of PC hardware and software (e.g. peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.)
- Safe handling of Microsoft solutions such as Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Enjoying structured, independent work and organizational skill
- Enthusiasm for technical platforms and solutions
- Affinity for health care and interest in hospital everyday life
