Tasks

• You receive the emergency patients and take care of the careful data collection
• with your medical expertise, you correctly assess the situation at first glance
• You provide solution-oriented information both by phone and at the information desk, to patients, visitors and employees
• You take over the bed disposition for the emergency patients
• You support the nurses and doctors of the emergency department in administrative tasks

Requirements

• You have completed training as an MPA or FAGE with interdisciplinary professional experience
• You know the benefits of shift work and you also like to be a night owl
• You enjoy dealing with people
• Your good knowledge of German and additional foreign languages will allow you to approach the other person empathically and openly
• with your IT knowledge, the PC is a welcome helper for administrative work
