• Ensuring Sox Compliance by Implementing Regulatory Requirements
• Participation in the further development of a sustainable Sox and IKS framework through standardization and automation of controls and processes
• Cooperation with specialist areas to strengthen the control environment, vulnerability analysis and support in the development of sustainable improvement measures
• Contact point for process and control officers to assist with questions regarding the existing internal control system (IKS & Sox)
• Coordination and follow-up of the Enterprise Risk Assessment according to the plan provided by parent company FEMSA, including coordination with departments and consolidation of feedback
• Close cooperation with external auditors and the internal audit at group level of the parent company FEMSA Requirements that you bring with you
• Completed business education (FH/uni), financial-specific further education such as a specialist in finance and accounting
• Relevant professional experience in auditing or Sox compliance as well as auditing internal controls (ICS / Sox) is beneficial
• Secure understanding of complex financial contexts, analytical thinking skills and precise and goal-oriented working methods
