- Cooperation in the management of our accident/illness/absence tool (UKA), control and filing of medical certificates as well as comparison with our time management tool
- Processing of general administrative tasks and internal inquiries via e-mail, ticket system, telephone or in personal contact
- Cooperation in the à-jour attitude of our USB internal regulations
- Advice and support for inquiries from line and staff

Requirements
- You are currently completing the third year of the economic middle school
- You are flexible and like to work in a team
- You have a flair for numbers and pleasure in IT tools
- Good knowledge of common Office programs, especially Excel
