- You produce hand samples and support storage tests and sensory inquiries.
- You record recipes, maintain master data and take on administrative tasks.
- Straight from your studies or 1-2 years of professional experience: a completed apprenticeship in the food sector is an advantage.
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): in the food sector or in-depth training as a milk, food technologist or baker-confectioner with further training.
Main responsibilities
- You produce hand samples and support storage tests and sensory inquiries.
- You record recipes, maintain master data and take on administrative tasks.
- You work on projects, optimize processes and solve challenges in production.
- You are in contact with raw material suppliers and research new trends, technologies and materials.
- You accompany development projects from the initial idea to scale-up.
Key requirements
- Straight from your studies or 1-2 years of professional experience: a completed apprenticeship in the food sector is an advantage.
- Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF): in the food sector or in-depth training as a milk, food technologist or baker-confectioner with further training.
- Independent, organized work and a strong awareness of quality.
- Creativity, technical understanding and craftsmanship.
