- You will act as a Custodian of the overall insighting domain for his/her state cluster – overall accountable for gathering & upkeep of cluster-specific insights, working in tandem with cluster team members, as well as sharing them as needed within the insights chapter
- You will be the single point of contact for all research & insight generation efforts within the state cluster, including o Primary / secondary research specific to brands, disease areas o Competitive intelligence o Patient journey mapping (if cluster-specific) and related research o Customer (prescribers & non-prescribers) insights o SoF-specific information pertinent to the respective cluster
- Distill key insights from own cluster from time to time, and share as relevant – fostering sharing of learnings across clusters
- Design & maintain up-to-date cluster-specific collateral for effective, data-driven decision-making.
- strategies, promotional initiatives, etc. o Influence maps in the cluster for different ecosystems and accounts o Customer belief-mapping estimates for various Roche products
- o Support design of innovative solutions based on customer / account / patient level insights
- You are someone with 3+ years of work experience in strategy consulting, or in a corporate strategy
- Prior experience of handling consulting / complex research projects, preferably in healthcare / pharma and must have Knowledge of productivity tools A healthier future drives us to innovate.
