• Professional care and support of our customers at home
• Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription
• Recognizing changes in health status and initiating necessary measures
• Observation of health status and sharing of relevant information
• Promoting the independence of customers
• Willingness to work in shift work and on weekends
• Complete and correct maintenance documentation
• Participation in ensuring and developing quality of care
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists

Your profile

• Completed basic training as nurse HF
• Several years of professional experience in care, ideally in outpatient care or long-term care
• Self-employed, responsible and team-oriented working methods
• Analytical thinking and rapid comprehension
• Good IT user knowledge
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities
• Category B driving licence
