For our surgery / orthopaedics department we are looking from 01. January 2027 or by arrangement a Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH (70 - 100%).

Their tasks

• Control and implementation of the care process
• Creating a trusting professional relationship with patients and their relatives
• Coordination and organisation of daily operations
• Co-responsibility for the process and result quality of the department
• Active participation in interprofessional case meetings
• Co-responsibility in the practical support of students and students
• Electronic documentation and performance measurement

They bring with them

• Diploma as nurse HF or a completed bachelor's degree in nursing FH
• A noticeable identification with the guidelines of professional care and the perception of the care process as a core task of nursing trade
• The ability to form relationships, which is characterized by empathy and affection
• A strong willingness to learn and perform (digital competence)
• The ability and willingness to cooperate in the interprofessional treatment team
