Responsibilities

• Contributing to the planning of clinical studies, study protocols and other submission documents for the ethics committee, as well as supporting our medical and student staff in preparing these documents
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration and communication with external partners/sponsors for study activation and ensuring correct study conduct and study documentation, including reporting relevant events
• Enrolment and care of study patients in collaboration with the investigators
• Coordination, conduct and documentation of patient visits
• Conducting monitoring visits
• Registry maintenance and data management, as well as the associated obligations of our external partners, and support for clinical processes
• Further development of quality assurance
• Conducting staff training
• The position is fixed-term for 2 years with the prospect of extension

Requirements

• Qualification as a registered nurse (HF/FH or equivalent) or physiotherapist with additional training and/or many years of professional experience in the field of clinical studies and/or data management
• Committed personality with a high level of dedication, team spirit and social skills, including when dealing with sick people
• Organizational skills and the ability to approach complex situations in a solution-oriented manner, as well as a structured way of working, are among your strengths
• Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledgeable about database structures, ideally with knowledge of REDCap
• Good German and English skills
• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Flexibility regarding a workplace with two locations in Liestal and Bruderholz, as well as a willingness to also work after 17:00.
