You either have a sound experience in health care insurance or you already have initial leadership experience in a similar field. In this function, you lead a dedicated team in the demanding environment of health day benefit insurance and ensure a high-quality, customer-oriented case management together with your employees.

• Personal and professional management of a team of staff and care managers (9–10 employees)
• Professional support and support of employees in complex performance and case management situations
• Ensure professional, customer and solution-oriented case handling
• Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of processes, instructions and AVB in daily case management
• Monitoring of qualitative and quantitative achievement
• Ensure efficient work organisation and balanced work allocation within the company

Teams - Responsibility for complaint management and the coordination and monitoring of legal cases - Promotion of a constructive team culture and further development of employees

This distinguishes you - Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a merchant or in a medical profession - Continuing training in the social or private insurance sector (e.g.

Professional pass of advantage)

• Very good knowledge of health insurance or sound experience in a comparable management function
• Solid medical knowledge and joy in interdisciplinary questions
• Safety in interpreting and plausibility of medical reports, medical documents and expert reports
• Structured, resilient and reflected personality with clear communication
• High social competence and joy in leadership and coaching tasks
• Very good language skills in French or English
