Tasks

• Maintain and manage master data as well as processing of various payroll payments, deductions and special payments
• Cooperation and co-responsibility in monthly, tertiary and annual accounts
• Processing and control of seizures/Z-receipts and withholding tax data
• Contact person for the time recording system JAZZ, control of data and processing of corrections
• Providing telephone information to employees, supervisors and authorities including the advice and support of the salariing system

Requirements

• Commercial training or comparable completion with first professional experience, ideally in the field of salär or personnel (DAR)
• Good handling of MS Office tools, SAP knowledge of advantage
• Precise and efficient working methods, as well as a distinct flair for numbers
• Self-responsible and able to work personality combined with customer and service-oriented thinking
• Very good German, Italian and French skills
