- In dieser Rolle bist du ein wichtiger Partner, der höchste Qualitätsstandards für Prüfpräparate (IMPs) sicherstellt, unsere lokalen PTD-Teams (Pharmaceutical Technical Development) unterstützt und als Schlüsselmitglied die Pflege sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) maßgeblich vorantreibt. - In dieser spannenden Position erwarten dich folgende Hauptaufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die QA-Aufsicht für kritische Qualitätssysteme, um deren Robustheit sicherzustellen, und verwaltest die Zugriffsrechte für QMS-Anwender für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Du agierst als Business Process Manager (BPM) für QMS-Elemente wie Qualitätsrisikomanagement, technisches Change-Management und Abweichungsmanagement.
- Du berichtest Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aus QMS-Metriken zur datengestützten Entscheidungsfindung im Management Review of Quality (MRoQ).
- Du verwaltest Trainingszuweisungen zur Sicherstellung der Teamkompetenzen und erstellst sowie pflegst Qualitätsvereinbarungen (QAGs) mit externen Partnern und anderen Roche-Standorten.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei Behördeninspektionen sowie internen Audits und stellst die strikte Einhaltung von cGMP-Anforderungen und den globalen Qualitätsrichtlinien von Roche sicher.
