What you do

• Independent management of various portfolios of business and residential properties (with assistance)
• Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities
• Professional management of housekeeping and cleaning staff
• Ensuring maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects
• Periodic assessment of properties and preparation of status reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and multiannual planning
• Active participation and support in the integration and acquisition of real estate in connection with the merger

What you bring

• Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager /-in with federal law. Specialist card
• Several years of professional experience in business and residential property management
• Business and residential rental experience
• Very good oral and written communication in German
• Garaio REM and Yarowa Knowledge of Benefits
• Service- and customer-oriented personality with independent and proactive working methods
