Main responsibilities
- Analysis & Problem Solving: You collect and classify tickets, carry out initial analyses and solve problems and service requests independently.
- Proactive communication: You always keep our customers informed and ensure transparency.
- Teamwork: For more complex cases, work closely with 2nd and 3rd level support and coordinate troubleshooting.
- Documentation: You create and update customer documentation to share knowledge. Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist: in EFZ or ICT specialist EFZ.
- Initial experience in IT support and knowledge of ITIL processes are a plus.
- Fit in Microsoft 365 and Windows Workplaces.
- High motivation, customer orientation and pleasure in service.
- Readiness for piquetting.
- Good knowledge of German and English. Driving licence Cat B
