Role overview

The Office for Informatics and Organization (AIO) of the Canton of Solothurn is the competence center for the implementation of digitalization and the performance of professional technology tasks. It also ensures the maintenance and operation of the central and/or overarching computer and communication systems. As of 01.11.2026, we are looking for an ICT procurement and project manager at the Solothurn site, 80-100%.

  • In compliance with the IVöB, you carry out public procurement in the ICT environment, including the preparation of tender documents, the support of the customer in the evaluation up to the preparation of the contract decision.
  • You will also take over the management and management of computer science projects and are responsible for meeting customer requirements, time, quality and budget requirements.
  • They are responsible for the planning and implementation of simple to complex technical infrastructure projects of the AIO and thus drive the continuous optimization of our IT and technology landscape.
