As part of the merger to the Helvetia Baloise Group, we are currently working in two HR system worlds and at the same time actively shaping the future of our HR processes. You can expect a dedicated team that grows together, learns from each other and drives numerous exciting change and optimization projects. For this, we are looking for a personality who works precisely, takes responsibility and implements topics pragmatically and hands-on.

What you do

• You are responsible for the timely and high-quality handling of all administrative HR processes along the HR Life Cycle – from entry through mutations to exit.
• You collect, maintain and control HR master data and reliably perform HR mutations in HR Access.
• You process and track HR requests via the ticketing system in compliance with the defined service levels.
• You ensure a high data quality and actively participate in controls according to the four-eyes principle.
• You take over holiday representatives within the team and contribute to a smooth cooperation.

What you bring

• Basic commercial training completed
• Initial professional experience in personnel administration or as an HR specialist is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and efficient working methods with a high level of quality awareness and a high level of accuracy.
• Enjoy being operationally involved and implementing tasks reliably until completion.
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as good knowledge of French, English or Italian.
