Role overview
For a maternity representation, we are looking for a committed personality as an HR Business Partner for 12 months.

- Completed studies or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by further HR training, as well as several years of professional experience
- At least five years of experience in an advisory HR function, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical environment

- Ideally, you will be available on September/October 2026 and can take up this position. Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting executives in all HR and leadership topics
- Support of central HR processes along the employee life cycle, in particular in the areas of development, talent management, succession planning, performance and consequences management
- Support for change and organizational projects as well as active participation in implementation
- Advising managers and employees on employment law issues
- Design and implementation of trainings and workshops
- Collaboration in projects and HR initiatives to further develop our HR work
