About the position

We are looking for an HR administration assistant for our team in Basel with a workload of 60% and entry on 1 December 2026. The position is suitable for career entry: previous experience is not required.

Your tasks • Assistance in drawing up and managing employment contracts. • Administrative processing of personnel entry and exit. • Collection and updating of sickness reports and absences. • Maintenance of personnel documents and support in day-to-day administrative HR business.

Your profile • Very good knowledge of German is absolutely necessary. • A careful working method and good organizational talent. • Reliability and discretion in dealing with confidential information. • Willingness to learn and joy of working together in a team. • No previous HR experience required – new entrants are welcome.
