Company and context
- As access expert in the team, lead collaborations with external stakeholders (including government officials, healthcare providers, public health organizations, NGOs and academia) to co-create solutions for prioritised barriers to ensure quality patient care.
- You will be also be responsible for alignment and synergy within the State Cluster team to shape the Access strategy and contribute to the State Cluster strategy plan. The Opportunity
- Bringing Access expertise and strategic insight to the State Cluster Team, leading the development of State Cluster Access strategy and supporting the State Cluster Strategy Plan.
- Building strategic partnerships with relevant policy makers, influencers, institutions, NGOs, and patient organizations to overcome access barriers and support strategic goals
- Co-creating partnership agreements and strengthen strategic alliance with partners along with other functions
- Leveraging access solutions from the Access centre of excellence to increase funding and healthcare capacity for access to innovation
- Sharing best practices with Access Partners in other State Clusters and within the State Cluster team, transferring learnings & ideas and supporting the delivery of national projects Who you are
- You should hold a relevant Post-graduate degree required, MBBS / MBA / MHA/ MPH / Masters in Public policy / Masters degree in Communications or equivalent from premier institutes.
