• Caring for and caring for our residents in the sense of our mission statement and designing them within the framework of the reference care model
• Professional implementation of basic and treatment care
• Continuous management of care documentation by means of careCoach according to RAI / LTCF
• Regular assumption of daily responsibility

You bring that with you

• You have completed vocational training as a FaGe
• Vocational trainer’s certificate is an advantage
• Ideally, experience in the long-term care sector
• Strong resilience and very good communication skills

• Good knowledge of German in words and writing (level B2)
