Role overview
Tasks: • Technical coordination and support of the secretariat in the field of endocrinology, diabetics and metabolism (without personal responsibility) • appointment and day planning of the chief physician and appointment coordination of the medical director • Compilation of demanding documents by keywords or independently with subject-specific terminology (also in several foreign languages) • Organisation of speaking hours • Personnel administration tasks (Plan Responsibility PEP, Service Closed commercial training with corresponding training (e.g.
director, chief physician*in) • Clinical experience with good knowledge of medical terminology desired • Excellent knowledge of German in word and writing; • Impressed service orientation, precise and structured working methods and very good organizational ability • High level of self-responsibility, reliability, team capacity and flexibility • Positive basic attitude, friendly and sovereign appearance and confidentiality and loyalty • Very good IT user knowledge (e.g.
