Your mission Attached to the Management, you ensure the management, organization and development of the following sectors:

Operating room
Sterilization
Day accommodation and hospitalization unit You guarantee the quality and safety of care, coordinate the healthcare teams and actively participate in the strategic development of the establishment.

Your profile

IDDO or IBODE diploma
Sterilization training (level 1 minimum)
Proven experience in operating theater management
Experience in team management
Mastery of computer tools, notably Word and Excel
Knowledge of OPALE software
English level B1, an asset
Ability to manage a team and sense of organization
Ability to unite and motivate teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sense of responsibility, rigor and autonomy
Ability to manage complex situations and emergencies
Spirit of initiative and quality orientation We offer
