Role overview

Mission

Support and be able to treat all processing covering the management of activities relating to Securities Transfer changes which will affect all kind of assets (including alternative assets such as mutual funds, Private Equities and Hedge Funds).

Manage and oversee a team processing in light of the funds activities including private equities.

Main responsibilities

  • Management responsibilities:
  • Present strategic opportunities to mitigate risk.
  • Maintain our KPI/KRI indices internal to our business with a view to mitigating the risk associated with the securities transfer activities.
  • Be responsible for its activity by working closely with the various divisions of the bank in order to be up to date with the various regulations impacting our securities transfer activity.
  • Ensure department procedures are adhered to, review and maintain client task list and related SLA's.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently across departments, with staff, with senior management.
  • Lead staff meetings, participate on project management and industry events.
  • Ensure daily follow up in respect of pending issues and take appropriate measures for resolution. Daily business responsibilities:
  • Crossed analysis of the received information: custodian’s swifts, agent prospectus, contract notes and financial providers such as: Bloomberg, Telekurs.
  • Perform control of reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions management.
