Main responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of assigned employees
- Create and adhere to the budget and achieve the goals, as well as initiate measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring compliance, correction and optimization of workflows in the assigned area with regard to efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction
- Develops decision bases and recommendations for action for project managers and other stakeholders and accompanies their implementation
- Identifies conflicts of interest at an early stage, develops viable solutions and ensures the timely implementation of relevant procurement projects
- Regular information to the management of the organisational area on key figures and specific incidents
- Ensuring the demand-based procurement of all deliveries and services at the best possible conditions and the optimal delivery flow
- Provides a professional and needs-based procurement service for internal customers along the entire supply chain
- Continuously develops the procurement organisation and procurement strategy and ensures the effective planning, control and optimisation of operational and strategic purchasing processes to achieve the company objectives

- Experience in the digitalization and optimization of procurement processes as well as in the application of ERP systems ideally SAP Very good German and English skills
