- You yourself are responsible for several employees from different professional groups in the nursing team
- Completed basic training as a healthcare professional HF/FH with at least two years of professional experience
- Further training in the field of leadership or willingness to do so
Main responsibilities
- As a team leader, you lead the department in accordance with the performance mandate and objectives in collaboration with the department management and other team leaders.
- You yourself are responsible for several employees from different professional groups in the nursing team
- You are responsible for implementing efficient, effective and appropriate care, taking the general conditions into account.
- You are also responsible for coordinating and planning the processes on the ward together with the department management
- You care for and look after patients and their relatives with great commitment according to the practice model of “patient and family-centered care” Requirements:
- You have completed basic training as a HF/FH nursing specialist with at least two years of professional experience and have attended further training in the area of leadership. the willingness to undergo further management training
- You are a resilient, flexible, capable and communicative personality with a high level of social and professional competence
- As an initiative and IT-savvy personality, you have a high level of service and quality awareness as well as good expression and communication skills We offer:
