• Management and organisation of the nursing service taking into account current nursing and economic standards
• Leadership, motivation and development of the care team
• Ensuring quality and patient-oriented care
• Planning and optimization of work processes as well as efficient personnel planning
• Implementation and further development of nursing concepts and quality assurance measures
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Contact person for employees, patients, patients and relatives

Your profile – leadership competence with nursing expertise

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Further education in nursing management, leadership or health economics
• Several years of experience in a senior position in the care sector
• High social skills and strong communication skills
• Organizational strength, assertiveness and decision-making
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
