Role overview
Tasks: • Together with the management of the Care/MTT Medical Directorate, they drive forward the implementation of the care/MTT strategy on the USB and actively shape their strategic development and the annual targets.
They take over the personal leadership and are responsible for the further development of about 5 employees • They make the nursing standards effective, ensure a high quality of treatment and patient satisfaction and consistently bring operational and strategic projects to success • They strengthen the future viability of the area through targeted measures for employees' development and integration and systematically develop skills in a dynamic environment.
