- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated medical, market access & policy strategy aligned with global/regional guidelines and local business objectives.

- Medical Affairs Strategy: Lead the generation and dissemination of scientific evidence, foster strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies, and ensure scientific accuracy in all activities.
- Market Access & Reimbursement: Drive successful NHI (National Health Insurance) listing and optimal pricing strategies for key diagnostic products, utilizing health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
- Public Policy & Government Affairs: Proactively monitor the healthcare policy landscape.
- Engage collaboratively with government authorities (e.g., MOHW, NHIA), industry associations, and patient advocacy groups to shape favorable policies for diagnostic innovations.
- Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic emerging business opportunities and partnerships that promote growth and innovation and ensure the delivery of scalable and impactful healthcare solutions.
