- What will your responsibilities be? You will:
- take on the strategic and operational leadership of the Indirect Sourcing (incl.
- Capital Investments, MRO, professional services, IT services, Facilities Management, production consumables) Procurement department – including leading, coaching, and developing a team of seven employees.
- shape the future of the department and further develop an innovation-oriented procurement strategy.
- take responsibility for defining the commodity group and supplier strategy.
- be responsible for the management of suppliers at the Reinach site and support supplier development in the regions of China, India, the USA, and France.
- collaborate across departments with strategic purchasing managers as well as construction, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams.
- develop optimized processes and ensure the efficient integration of suppliers into project workflows.
