Tasks

• Together with around 14 employees, you are responsible for the sales success of your department as department manager:in hardware.
• Your plan: You promote and develop your employees. This is how you implement the corporate strategy in your team.
• You think and trade entrepreneurially. You guarantee that the right goods are always on the shelf. And these also look top.
• Your daily tasks? You start the personnel deployment plan including cost control, are responsible for the sales analysis and you implement sales promotion measures.

• General administrative tasks are of course also part of your work in our successful company.

Requirements

• You are determined, solution-oriented and a winning sales person – with management experience in a department store? That would be perfect.
• Thanks to your vocational training in the field of retail trade you are a professional. You have ideally acquired your business skills in your further education as a specialist in retail trade.
• We assume that you can master German in writing and verbally perfectly. With other foreign languages you can score points with us.
• You know the usual office programs as well.
