Within the Department of Personal Insurance, and in order to strengthen the loss of sickness gain (PGM) service, we are looking for a group leader Loss of sickness gain between 80 and 100%, based in Lausanne.

Main responsibilities
- Provide your technical support and advice to your employees in the files
Application process
- Train your employees (10 people) and ensure the proper application of management rules
- Plan, organize and monitor the processing of your team's performance cases and participate actively in improving and simplifying processing processes
- Deal independently and proactively with some of the claims from your own client portfolio (starting with the opening and in close collaboration with medical consultants and our Care Managers)
- Maintain regular contacts with partners, insured persons, employers and caregivers Required Federal patent in insurance or equivalent
- Experience confirmed in the field of PGM services
- Experienced leader, recognized for your ability to mobilize teams, create a positive working environment and foster employee development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments
- French mother tongue, a very good mastery of Italian is an asset Easy with the usual IT tools (MS Office)
