Your tasks include

• Maintenance and supervision of building installations
• Repair and maintenance work
• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation)
• Cooperation with external service providers and coordination of different service providers
• Execution of administrative tasks as part of your activity
• Pikett inserts

You live service and work with conviction for quality and reliability. You bring with you:

• Completed technical training (ideal in the HVAC area) or basic crafts training with further training in building management
• Several years of proven professional experience in the field of home maintenance
• Independent, structured working method and sense of responsibility
• Strong service mentality and organisational talent
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as good PC knowledge (digital working)
• Valid driving licence Cat B and residence in the Basel/environment region
