Your remit

• Professional and disciplinary leadership and targeted further development of the QMS team
• Strategic orientation and continuous optimization of local and global quality management systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and normative requirements, in particular ISO 13485 and FDA QMSR
• Initiation, coordination and implementation of local and group-wide QMS and improvement projects
• Harmonization and standardization of quality processes, SOPs, templates and tools across the organization
• Control of eQMS optimizations and

System changes in close cooperation with Quality Operations, IT and other stakeholders

• Technical responsibility for central QMS processes such as NN/CAPA, Change Control, Document Management and Management Review
• Establishment and analysis of relevant quality indicators and derivation of effective improvement measures
• Monitoring internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Strengthening a sustainable quality culture and promoting the continuous approach to improvement

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of life sciences, engineering, pharmacy or comparable
• multi-year professional experience in the field of quality management in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
• Management experience and demonstrable experience in the professional management of projects/teams
• Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with PLM or document management systems
• Extensive organizational skills and a high quality awareness
• Strength of communication and joy in cooperation with various stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented and

self-responsible working method - Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
