• Supervision of the Corporate Governance department
• Monitoring of corporate governance standards and regulatory developments in the insurance market
• Management of requests from the market areas of the Group
• Content design and updating of the statutes and regulations/constitutions at the Board of Directors and Group level, annual Group Policy Review
• Monitoring/preparation of FINMA reporting obligations and approvals of Helvetia Baloise Group (5 main companies) at the Board of Directors level
• Preparation of the Helvetia Baloise Corporate Governance Report Group requirements:
• Completed studies in law or university studies in economics
• Well-founded experience in corporate governance in the insurance or financial services industry
• Communicative, flexible, operational and resilient personality with an exact and structured working method
• High level of analytical and conceptual skills
• Skills in dealing with different and demanding stakeholders
