- As a Global Sustainability Manager, you act as a key strategic architect and primary Subject Matter Expert for sustainability initiatives.
- You lead global high-impact projects, drive cross-functional squads, and manage complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure compliance with reporting requirements such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
- Sustainability is core to our business strategy, and leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will inspire the PT community to pioneer data-driven programs.

- CSRD Leadership: Lead global projects and manage reporting deliverables under the CSRD framework for sustainable product metrics.
- Resource Tracking: Calculate and track key material weights, including critical raw materials, product durability, and designed recyclability rates for products and packaging, reporting on year-over-year drivers.
- Waste & Safety Metrics: Oversee and track hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams and Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) quantities across procurement, production, and environmental releases.
- Methodology Governance: Standardize and govern global reporting methodologies for key materials, packaging recyclability, waste streams, and SVHC metrics in collaboration with the chemical legislation team.
