- Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies directly to laboratory operations to optimize sample workflows and accelerate batch release cycle times.
- Define global QC equipment utilization strategies and coordinate the deployment of digital solutions and automated accelerators.
- Standardize "One Quality" processes globally in partnership with site leadership to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and resource allocation.
- Serve as the global face of the QC productivity portfolio, driving alignment across steering committees, site heads, and executive stakeholders. Who you are
- You possess a BA/BS/MS degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
- You bring 10 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain management.
