Global Lead Marketing Communication & Digital Platforms

Your remit

• They lead, develop and empower an international team in the areas of marketing communications, content, creative services and digital platforms, and promote a powerful, collaborative and customer-oriented team culture.
• They define the strategic orientation for brand management, marketing communications, content and digital platforms and ensure the orientation to the corporate strategy and commercial goals.
• They continuously develop brand strategy, positioning, core messages and corporate design and ensure a consistent brand experience across all markets and customer contacts.
• You are responsible for developing and implementing global communication strategies, integrated marketing campaigns and high-quality content to strengthen the brand and promote business growth.
• You control the strategic development and continuous optimization of the digital marketing platforms, customer engagement solutions and the marketing technology ecosystem in close cooperation with IT and other interfaces.
• They drive innovation through the use of modern technologies, automation and AI-supported solutions to sustainably improve customer experiences, processes and marketing efficiency.
• They establish efficient processes, governance structures, standards and best-practices to ensure quality, consistency and speed in global marketing communication.
• They work closely with internal stakeholders, sales companies, external agencies and partners and ensure effective prioritisation and implementation of marketing and communication initiatives.
• They define relevant KPIs for brands of performance, customer interaction, digital platforms and operational excellence, monitor their development and derive continuous improvement measures from them.
• You are responsible for the budget and the efficient use of external partners and resources and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Your qualifications

• Graduated in marketing, communication, business administration, digital media or a similar field of study; further education or additional qualifications are of benefit.
• Multi-year professional experience (8-10 years) in marketing, brand management, marketing communications or digital marketing as well as several years of management experience.
• Detection of successes in the development and implementation of global brand, communication and digital strategies in an international environment.
• A strong leadership with experience in building, developing and motivating high-performance teams, and promoting open, inclusive and trusting cooperation.
• Experience in managing cross-sectoral projects as well as in managing internal stakeholders, external agencies and strategic partners.
• A well-founded knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content management systems, CRM, marketing automation, AI-supported marketing solutions and customer experience.
• Experience in optimizing processes, operational excellence and successful monitoring of change processes.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic, implementation-oriented approach and data-based decision-making.
• A strong communication, presentation and story-telling competence as well as secure stakeholder management at all levels of organisation.
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; further knowledge of the language is beneficial.
