We manage institutional mandates, provisioning solutions and investment funds across liquid and illiquid asset classes and translate our market beliefs into concrete asset allocation and portfolio decisions. Our aim is to identify capital market opportunities at an early stage, to actively manage risks and to create sustainable added value for our portfolios. Tasks: • You are responsible for managing multi-asset portfolios and investment funds with a focus on institutional pension funds, pension funds and investment foundations. • In particular, you implement tactical investment allocation decisions across different asset classes and manage portfolios on an ongoing basis in terms of positioning, performance, risk and liquidity. You ensure compliance with the regulatory and mandate-related requirements. • You will actively participate in the investment process as well as relevant investment committees and provide in-depth capital market analyses, investment ideas and decision-making principles. • Existing multi-asset strategies and investment solutions are further developed and supported in the design of innovative solutions for institutional clients. • You will prepare portfolio, performance and risk information appropriate to the addressee and present it to investment committees, foundation bodies, customers and other internal and external stakeholders. • You work closely with investment, risk, product and sales specialists and act as a specialist for multi-asset and pension issues. Requirements • Completed studies, preferably master’s degree, in finance, economics, mathematics or a comparable field of study; CFA, AZEK or a comparable further education are advantageous. • At least five years of professional experience in the portfolio management of multi-asset portfolios, ideally in the institutional environment related to occupational pensions, asset management or fund management. • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss pension landscape, in particular the 2nd pillar, as well as the relevant regulatory framework conditions such as BVG/BVV2. • Very good knowledge in the areas of asset allocation, portfolio construction and performance and risk analysis. • Strong understanding of global capital markets as well as the different liquid and illiquid asset classes. • Knowledge of ESG and sustainable investment strategies are beneficial. • Safe handling of Bloomberg and Excel; Experience with Aladdin and/or SimCorp Dimension as well as programming skills, for example in Python, are a plus. • Analytical, self-responsible and team-oriented personality with high implementation strength and the ability to contribute and represent your own investment convictions in a well-founded manner. • Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
