For our customer, an insurance company in Basel, we are looking for a:n dedicated:n and responsible:n real estate manager:in .

In this exciting role, you take care of a versatile portfolio of residential and business properties and bring your experience to a dynamic environment.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties (in cooperation with an assistant)
• Implementation of housing acceptances and transfers
• Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities
• Ensure maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects
• Perform periodic status assessments and prepare corresponding reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets and multiannual planning

Your profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in property management (substantial management)
• Commercial education or further education in the field of property management
• Very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with Garaio REM
• Category B driving licence and own vehicle
• Knowledge of Flatfox and Basware is an advantage
• Service and customer-oriented personality
• Independent, structured and proactive working method
• Fluent knowledge of German and English
