Your tasks

• You gain new customers in the facility management market in the Basel / Bern region and build long-term relationships
• You edit and qualify leads from the region and lead them to the finished offer
• You clarify the needs of customers (e.g. industry, services, public authorities) in Basel / Bern, structure their requirements and translate them into suitable IFM solutions
• You coordinate the preparation of the offer with the internal areas and ensure a coherent, complete overall offer
• Prepare customer appointments in the region before and after (agenda, documents, minutes, next steps) and ensure a professional customer experience
• You keep offers, contacts and activities in the distribution system up-to-date and ensure transparency
• You use your network in the Basel / Bern region as well as campaigns and events to generate new leads and actively work on the market

Your requirements

• Completed commercial or technical education and/or studies (FH/uni), ideally in business administration or facility management
• Several years of sales experience in the facility management market in the B2B environment, with proven success in customer acquisition
• Very good knowledge of the regional market Basel / Bern and a resilient network in the FM, real estate or industrial sector of the region
• Strong sales and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of customer acquisition, offer processes and structured cooperation with specialist areas
• Very good oral and written communication skills and safe appearance with customers: inside
• Analytical, structured and reliable working method – even with several parallel offers, you keep an overview
• Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Stylistic German in word and writing, good English is an advantage
